August Radio Project clothing is made to order and shipped directly to you. All other items are sent directly from me!
Processing
Clothing: Because each item is made specifically for your order, please allow time for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.
Books/CDs: I send these out directly myself. I aim to do this within 3 days of receiving your order but if I am particularly busy it can take a little longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
International orders
I ship internationally!
For clothing orders, these will be sent out from the manufacturer. For other items including books and CDs, I use Teleship and all orders have tracking provided.
Delivery delays
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors outside my control, including postal delays, customs processing and carrier issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact me with your order number and I’ll look into it.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be sent again.
Please be sure to include a correct email address with your order as this is where you’ll receive your tracking information.
Lost or damaged deliveries
If your order appears to have been lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact me within 30 days with your order number and any relevant photographs and/or tracking information.
I’ll investigate the issue and work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it.
